Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us.
  • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → theDINNER.ai → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → theDINNER.ai → Cancel
You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Open the app → Profile tab → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase. If it still doesn't restore, email us and we'll fix it manually.
A few things to try:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Pull to refresh or kill and reopen the app
  • Free users are limited to 3 AI messages per hour — upgrade to Pro for up to 60/hr
  • If you're on Pro and it still isn't working, email us — we'll check our server logs
Profile tab → Import from Paprika. Follow the on-screen prompts to export your Paprika library as a .paprikarecipes file and import it. All your recipes, notes, and tags come over intact.
Prices may vary slightly by country based on currency conversion and local taxes. Apple and Google display your final, localized price before you confirm a purchase. We don't set those conversions directly.
Your Recipe Vault is fully available offline. AI features (Co-Pilot, Meal Plan generation, Shop the Sales, Party Planner) require an internet connection to reach our servers.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or Google Play's refund page (Android).
In-app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, and chat history. Or email support@thedinnerai.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
No. We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI features, and Anthropic's API does not use customer data to train their models. We also do not sell or share your data with any third party outside the providers listed in our privacy policy.
